What’s your returns policy?

We have a no quibble return policy. You have up to 7 working days from the date you receive your order to return your purchase. The item should be returned within 7 working days of the receipt of your order in the original condition and we will exchange or refund it.

How long does it take to process my returns?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible and normally start processing them the day we receive the returned items by sending it to our Quality Control Department to ensure that the item is in its original condition.

Where should I send my returns?

Returns can be made through post.

To process returned items fast for return or exchange, they need to be sent to the right warehouse. We operate different warehouses from which our items are shipped.

Before sending you item back to us for return or exchange, use our contact form to request for the right address to use. IMPORTANT: When sending you an item back, make sure that you send us the SKU of the item since this will be used to identify the warehouse that will handle your item.

Item Colour

Be informed that the actual colour of our items, if they are bags, may be a bit darker or lighter depending on the type camera used. We would not accept bags returned because the colour does not exactly match. Please contact us for any clarification if you are in doubt.
